Description
Accept the challenge to workout 300 minutes per week from November 29 to January 3, 2025. All who complete the challenge will receive a t-shirt. Email or hand in your results each week to be entered in a drawing for a $10 gift card. Free for members, $15 for punch card holders. Register by November 22.
If you have not attended a Fitness Specialty Program, Orientation or Personal Training session in the last 2 years, please complete the attached form and email it to fitness@ighmn.gov prior to the first day of class or if you prefer you may complete a paper copy at class.
