Description
FREE! Sample our cardio muscle train class! This class will focus on improving your respiratory and muscle endurance with continuous movement, interval training, drills and circuits.
If you have not attended a Fitness Specialty Program, Orientation or Personal Training session in the last 2 years, please complete the attached form and email it to fitness@ighmn.gov prior to the first day of class or if you prefer you may complete a paper copy at class.
