Description
FREE! Sample our core train class! This class will focus on improving your core so you can improve your sports performance and balance. A variety of equipment including kettlebells and TRX will be used.
If you have not attended a Fitness Specialty Program, Orientation or Personal Training session in the last 2 years, please complete the attached form and email it to fitness@ighmn.gov prior to the first day of class or if you prefer you may complete a paper copy at class.
