Description
A member of the fitness staff will set your Teen up for success at our gym! Discuss classes that will work for you and receive a written program to follow for a few of the cardio and strength machines. They can also teach them how to use navigate our website to reserve a space in a class or look for ppol, ice and pickleball schedules. FREE for members!
