This activity is closed to further registration.
All running levels are welcome; walkers, runners, sprinters. Get a running plan from a certified running coach. Work with a trainer on running and strength training.
If you have not attended a Fitness Specialty Program, Orientation or Personal Training session in the last 2 years, please complete the attached form and email it to fitness@ighmn.gov prior to the first day of class or if you prefer you may complete a paper copy at class.
