Description
Nature can be SO healing for everyone. in this class we will spend time outdoor and really exploring and taking in what nature has to offer. The class will spend time taking photos, writing in jornals, and taking walks really enjoying the outdoors while taking time for ourselves and enjoying the veiws.
Please wear walkig shoes. Incase of bad weather the group will meet indoors and work on streching.
