Description
Join our recreation coordinator for our 2025 Wellness Series featuring workshops on themes of wellness and connection to nature. Workshops will be offered the first Tuesday of the month from January through April at the Sugar Creek Administration Center in Joliet. Come for one or come for all. February’s program will feature a trainer from Chicago Sport and Fitness presenting whole-body physical wellness followed by a discussion from our recreation coordinator on how our preserves can help you achieve it. Sugar Creek Administration Center is an accessible facility.
