About this event
Students who have learned the Lao Jia (Long Form of Chen Tai Chi) can enroll in this advanced class. The second form of Chen Tai Chi is called the Cannon Fist because of its more active movements and stomping on the floor. This form will take more than one 6-week session to learn completely and practice properly. Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. We recommend bringing a water bottle.
