About this event
Join a supportive community of women gaining greater awareness about mood, movement, and mobility during pregnancy. You will also be increasing your knowledge about aromatherapy, beneficial herbs, and methods of birthing. The focus is on deep stretching and breathing to calm and relax the mind.
