Join us for Gentle Yoga where our focus will be on increasing body awareness, improving mobility, increasing flexibility, and promoting relaxation. The class is casual, slow-paced, and suitable for beginners. Please bring a mat and a towel or blanket. We also recommend bringing a water bottle.
