This class works with hand weights, bands, and body weight. It is a full body workout, it is seated and standing. The class is a Tabata style but each week the workout is different. Options to make the moves harder and easier are given for all levels. It is a guaranteed workout and good time! This class helps mobility, strength, and balance.
Equipment needed; weights (according to your strength level) and circular closed bands.
