Description
A soothing yoga class designed to nurture both body and mind. This class focuses on slow, mindful movements including gentle stretches, strength work, and restorative postures. Each class includes a guided meditation. Emphasizing self-care and nervous system regulation, this class is perfect for all levels!
*Please bring your own yoga mat. You are welcome to bring any other props such as a block, strap, towel, blanket, or eye mask. (If you forget your mat, the teacher will have a limited number of spare mats. You may rent a mat $10.
