We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Friday, August 23, 2024.
Speed, agility, and plyometrics (jump) will be the focus for this teen girls summer camp. Getting ready for whatever September sport tryouts and teams come their way! It will be interactive, dynamic, fun, and challenging all at the same time. Age appropriate weight training will be incorporated, and games will be played. Class will be inside Beasley hall but we may use the outdoor grass area as well, so pack sun protection.
