Achieve and sustain your health goals with individualized, whole-person wellness mentoring. 1:1 sessions for all stages of wellness, whether you are embarking on a healing journey or desire to improve your knowledge, tools and implementation of holistic wellness practices. Methods include nutrition, functional medicine, positive psychology, movement, and mindfulness. Sessions are offered virtually or in person at the Adult Community Center. About the practitioner: Olivia Marks holds a Bachelor’s degree in Positive Integrative Wellness, a Master’s degree in human nutrition & Functional Medicine (HNFM), and is also a certified Yoga instructor.
