45 minutesModerate IntensityModerate ImpactWork all of your muscles in every way possible in this class designed to build strength, add definition and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. Using dumbbells, tubing, body bars and body weight exercises you will transform the shape of your body. May include mat work- participants must be comfortable getting to and from the floor.
- Register at least 15 minutes prior to class start- drop-ins are not permitted.
- Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your class start to check in.
- Proceed directly to the Fitness room for check-in
- 2 days cancellation notice required for refund/credit.
