About this event

Description

Internet Registration has not begun yet. Check Registration Dates in details.

Our Daycamp is an action-packed day that will keep even the most busy kids entertained. Daycamp includes crafts, sports, themes, adventure, science, cooking, and much more. We encourage participation and hope that you will try new things at camp. Children must be in Kindergarten to register for camp.

Our camp hours are 8:30am-3:00pm.
Below you will find some basic information that will help you prepare your child for camp.
  • Medical Information and Release form must be filled out one week prior to your child’s first day in camp. Children will not be allowed in the program until this form is completed.
  • If your child requires extra support, please contact us in advance at 604-514-2865.
  • Due to life threatening nut allergies, we ask that all camps are nut free zones. Please pack a lunch and snacks that does not contain nut products.
  • Items your child should bring to camp each day include a water bottle, a healthy snack, a non-microwavable lunch, bathing suit, towel, weather appropriate clothing and footwear, hat and sunscreen.
  • Items you should not bring to camp include iPod, handheld video games, cell phones, money or other valuable items. *Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Langley City is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment to all camp participants regardless of exceptionality (support needs or extra support needs is the term that encompasses all) or behaviour. This form is intended for parents/guardians/caregivers to provide information to the Daycamp team to help us best support participants with exceptionalities, additional needs, or disabilities.
Langley City is committed to supporting children with developmental disabilities or delays to successfully participate in Langley City Daycamp programs. If your child requires extra support, please contact the Recreation Supervisor at 604-514-2865.
