Description
Try this shallow water exercise experience as you test your core strength, build your cardio fitness and improve your muscle tone. Great for the beginner and those who enjoy a bit of a challenge. We use resistance equipment for this multi-level class and you don't have to know how to swim. Join the fun! Instructor: Nancy Fink.
