Description
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA® is an evidence-based 12-week program that helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health and well-being after a cancer diagnosis. A supportive, certified instructor leads a small group through cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, balance, and flexibility exercises. Camaraderie, encouragement and healthy activity are key components.
