Promote therapeutic benefits, that help relieve physical and mental stress, increase flexibility, balance and stability. Enhance deep breathing, connect with your inner self, and ability to promote mind/body awareness & healing through deep guided relaxation. Taught in an easy-going, non-competitive, friendly, atmosphere, suitable for all participants able to get to and from the floor.
