Description
A new body, a new you! Lose fat while increasing your strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness with workouts that are fun, challenging, and never boring. Become lean, agile, strong, toned during 40, 30, and 20 second Tabata Boot Camp-style exercise intervals that change your body and give you lasting results. All fitness levels welcome. Bring resistance band and mat. Optional one time equipment fee of up to $15. Walk-in fee available. *No Class: 5/12.
