This leadership camp will empower middle school girls to develop their confidence, creativity, and compassion by discovering their SHINE! • Day 1: Shine with Confidence – Embark on a day rooted in self-discovery. Campers will identify their unique Strengths, Hobbies, Interests/Irritants, Needs, and Experiences (SHINE) and complete team-building activities to learn about diverse leadership and communication styles. • Day 2: Inspire Compassion – Discover the connection between faith and servant leadership. Through faith integration, campers will complete a hands-on service project in partnership with a local nonprofit organization. Campers will also hear from student leaders to inspire their future path. • Day 3: Illuminate Creativity – Students will learn about goal setting as well as complete vision boards and other innovative activities that help campers identify big dreams. Campers will deliver their elevator pitch to their parents/guardians at a closing celebration by sharing how they SHINE.
