Drop-In Zumba Toning (Tuesday Night 6pm Classes)
Zumba Toning is a version of Zumba that incorporates light weights (toning sticks or dumbbells) to target and strengthen specific muscles groups, combining cardio and strength training for a fun, calorie-burning workout that tones and sculpts the body.
