Zumba Gold Chair - is a 45-minute, low-intensity Zumba class that's designed for adults who want to move while sitting, have limited mobility, or need extra support. The class features: A traditional Zumba Latin party atmosphere, International music classics, new rhythms, and Easy-to-follow moves.Come try the class with a day pass available for $6 or come to the full month for $25
