Northeast Kingdom Aquatics is excited to get back into the water after a season missed due to COVID. Practices are held at the NVU pool with options to practice 1, 2, 3 or 4nights per week. Prerequisites for swimmers are:
1. Swimmer must be able to continuously swim 50 yards (without stopping) (25 for 1 night a week).
2. Swimmer must be able to swim 2 of these strokes: Freestyle, Breaststroke, Backstroke or Butterfly.
Practice at NVU necessitates that we follow their guidelines. There are currently no Covid vaccine or masking restrictions, but this is subject to college campus rules.
