Description
We're sorry, but this class is over. The last meeting was Monday, December 16, 2024.
FUNctional Fitness is where we train for life and we have FUN doing it! This hour-long class features movement such as lunging, lifting, and twisting that prepares the body for real-life activities like hiking, lifting a child, or even carrying a load of laundry. We will learn how to move safely in multiple positions and directions and will gain confidence in our ability to live an active, fulfilling life. Exercises may require participants to stand on a single leg, move quickly, or use multiple muscle groups at once. Participants should be able to transfer to and from the floor independently. Appropriate for moderately active people. Participants in this class must be independent and medically stable.
TO REGISTER AFTER AUGUST 30, 2024, PLEASE CALL 608-263-7936.
