Senior Aerobic Dance is an aerobic class putting routines to music. Various movements and directional changes are performed building in intensity to get your heartrate moving. Focus is on coordination and balance, along with strength and flexibility. Options are provided to allow participants to work at their own pace. Appropriate for moderate to active people. Participants in this class must be independent and medically stable.TO REGISTER AFTER JANUARY 3, 2025, PLEASE CALL 608-263-7936.
