The 5k course runs through the city of Manawa and winds around to include the beautiful river trail before returning to Lindsay Park for the finish. The 10k course allows runners to see the entire city of Manawa. The course is on both streets and trails and includes four unique trails, including the river trail. Both races start and end at Lindsay Park.

Awards to top 3 males/females overall and in each age division.

Please register by June 20th to be guaranteed a t-shrit.
Online Registration Closes Tuesday, July 1st. After that, please register at Lindsay Park either Friday between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. or Saturday morning prior to the race.

Schedule:
Friday, July 4th, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - packet pickup / registration at Lindsay Park
Saturday, July 5th, 6:15 a.m. to 7:15 a.m. packet pick up / registration at Lindsay Park
7:30 a.m. 10k start, followed by 5k start a few minutes later.
