Description
Shape Up is an all around fitness class with a cardio mix of standard aerobics, interval training, and kick boxing, with toning through stretching, basic Pilates and strength training using light dumbbells. Please bring your own yoga mat and weights.
Shape Up is an all around fitness class with a cardio mix of standard aerobics, interval training, and kick boxing, with toning through stretching, basic Pilates and strength training using light dumbbells. Please bring your own yoga mat and weights. This session will run Mondays and Wednesday from April 23 - May 21. There will not be class on May 14.
