For those who: have completed introductory lessons/intro camp and are ready to row team boats AND those who have rowed in a team setting, but not yet raced/completed similar training volume are mastering the foundations of the sport Tier focus: rowing in a team setting Progression: to advance to the race team athletes must demonstrate safe of equipment handling (on and off the water), an ability to row all boat classes (single/double/quad), have a positive attitude, and demonstrates consistency in attendance, and is ready to increase intensity and commitment. Practice Times: Saturday and Sunday 9am-11am Monday 4:15pm-6:30pm
