As technology continues to develop and infiltrate much of our children’s attention, we think it’s really important to go back to the basics......or off the grid! In this camp students will learn primitive skills (also known as "Bushcraft") like building shelters, filtering water and starting a fire without matches or lighter. We will also teach many survival skills, wilderness first aid, and the importance of "hope" in all situations. The highlight of this camp is a primitive overnight camping experience in their shelters on Wednesday night. Students leave this camp with an incredible boost in their self-confidence. This camp is for kids going into grades 5 - 10.
