Description
This fast paced class is designed with a vigorous cardiovascular workout which charges your metabolic rate and allows you to burn more calories. It will increase muscular endurance, build strength and bone density, sculpt your body, and boost metabolism for weight loss. We will use the traditional Pilates system involving toning and stretching muscles by starting at the torso and eventually works all muscle groups.
No shoes or socks. Please bring a mat and small weights.
