The Las Lomitas League is looking for volunteer coaches for our girls and boys youth basketball teams (3rd-8th grade). Games begin in Early December and go until March (depending on playoffs). If interested in learning more and/or signing up to be a coach please contact jramacciotti@llesd.org. We thank you in advance for your support. We couldn’t do this without you! The Las Lomitas League basketball program is open to all Las Lomitas and La Entrada students (and non-student residents) in 3rd through 8th grades in the Las Lomitas Elementary School District. Player evaluations will be Saturday, November 4, 2023 at the La Entrada Gym, and coaches announce their teams shortly after. Practices may begin around the week of November 13. Games will begin on December 2nd or 9th. The season ends in mid-March. During player evaluations your child will be taken through drills and the coaches will do their best to evenly distribute the players and talent. It is highly recommended to attend evaluations. We want to minimize movement as much as possible and make sure that your schedule fits with the team you are placed on. Please fill out the schedule request forms, as the coaches use this when drafting. Basketball fee $225 per player through October 31st, $250 ($25 late fee applied) between November 1st and 3rd. Registration closes on November 3rd.
