Description
Learn fundamental yoga postures safely and effectively. This class is designed for individuals new to yoga or individuals returning to yoga. Explore basic yoga poses practiced in gentle yoga and basic vinyasa classes. Focus will be on alignment of the muscular and skeletal structures, linked with conscious breathing.
