Join a Park Ranger to learn about the essentials of day hiking. In this program you will learn tips and tricks on preparing for a successful hike that includes trip planning, proper outfitting and gear, safety precautions and first aid. Local resources and hiking areas throughout Anne Arundel County will be discussed. Ages 12+. A $5.00 registration fee covers program costs.
