- 5k is out and back
- 10k is the 5k course repeated twice, aid station every 5k loop
- half marathon goes out slightly further than the 5k turn around to 2.18 miles for a 4.36 mile loop
- medals for all participants, no shirts to keep costs low
- results posted on the website evening of the race
- small, fun, friendly 5k and 10k run or walk open for all
Start time - 8:30AM
Bib pick up - 8:00-8:30AM
Location - start and finish on the path near the pavilion
Mineola Nature Preserve (start and finish near the Pavilion)

10k repeats the out and back two times
15k repeats the out and back three times

* there will be water, gatorade, and Gu gels at the start/finish/turn around area so
each the 10k will pass it half way, and the 15k will pass it at 5k and 10k
- 15k/half marathon time limit is 3.5 hours to finish by 12PM, please email info@thefreedomrunners.com

can get rocky and/or muddy, and always watch for snakes!
