Calling all early birds to start the day on the water! Enjoy a tour of Lake Chaminwood as the sun rises and the wildlife begin to stir. Join interpretive naturalists to explore the nooks and crannies of Lake Chaminwood to see what we can find.
Wear shoes and clothes that can get wet, and don’t forget your sunscreen, sunglasses and a water bottle. Previous kayaking experience is required, as this is a recreational program and not an instructional paddling program. All equipment is provided, including personal flotation devices.
The launch area is accessible and can be reached by a paved trail from the parking lot.
