This exciting week is all about building confidence, creativity, and leadership as campers: 💡 Design their personal blueprint for success by setting goals, making decisions, and turning their dreams into reality through fun, hands-on activities 🛠️ Participate in team challenges that foster innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving 🎤 Build their communication skills with public speaking exercises and group presentations to share their ideas confidently 🌟 Create "Vision Boards" and "Impact Posters" to bring their goals and ideas to life visually 🛍️ OPTIONAL: Prepare for an exciting Youth Market Day, where they’ll have the chance to showcase and sell their creations to family and friends 💼 Receive small-group mentoring sessions to help grow their ideas and make them market-ready if they already have a product or project in mind 🏆 Learn from inspiring guest speakers, including entrepreneurs, community leaders, and professionals who have made an impact in their fields From envisioning their dreams to taking the lead in collaborative projects, this week is packed with creativity, discovery, and empowerment. By the end of the week, campers will walk away with new skills, unforgettable memories, and the confidence to lead with purpose, courage, and creativity!
