Description
Come discover the magic and medicine of being in the forest amidst enjoying the rising, beautiful Beaver Moon. Immerse yourself in the conscious and contemplative practice of connecting with nature through “Forest Bathing”. The goal of forest bathing is to live in the present moment; to slow down and unplug from technology while immersing yourself in the sights and sounds of a natural setting. Being connected with nature restores our mood, refreshes and rejuvenates us all while lowering stress and engaging the senses. During this time, your Certified Forest Therapy Guide will provide a series of meditative activities to help bring your mind into stillness and your body into a receptive and calm state while reconnecting with the natural world.
