Self-Defense awareness course and novice kung fu skills. Classes cover learning blocking, striking, kicking, evading, and footwork. Develop skills that are with you wherever you go. Understand street smarts, personal boundaries, avoiding grabs, and precision strikes. Expert instructor with over 40+ years of experience.
