Description
Combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training, barre is a low impact workout designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility and posture. During this 5 week small group training, you will be introduced to the basic movement of barre during 5 different formats including cardio barre, barre strength and traditional barre. No ballet experience necessary. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring a mat to class. (SM)
