Description
Over 11 million caregivers are providing unpaid care to persons living with dementia. Caregivers are hidden heroes giving so much of themselves to care for others, so it is vital that they take care of themselves. This course offers stress busting tips and self-care strategies that benefit caregivers. Presented by the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Richmond Chapter.
