Description
This lesson is for participants looking for stroke refinement and more efficiency in the water. This lesson is a group setting where adults learn in depth skills of swimming, including all strokes. Participants need to be able to swim 25 yds and be water safe. Please wear comfortable bathing attire and bring goggles and/or a swim cap for comfort.
