Description
Jump into community fitness & fun! Jump rope is a full body, aerobic workout great for your heart, balance & coordination, building bone density, and improving your mental health. This course will include an introduction to jump rope, learning tricks, developing a routine, and communal double-dutch. Bring water and a jump rope (or purchase one in class for $10), your workout clothes, and running/tennis shoes. Let’s have fun!
Day of drop in fee of $17 available.
