The In-Body test provides a body composition analysis that breaks down your weight in terms of fat, muscle, and water. The In-Body test is non-invasive and only takes a few minutes to complete. You will receive a comprehensive result sheet and an interpretation of the results. Participants please note the following: Do not take this test if: • You are pregnant • You are menstruating • You have a pacemaker In Body Pre-test Information: To get the most accurate results from this test, plan for the following. • Maintain your normal fluid intake the day before the test • Do not consume alcohol or excess caffeine for at least 24 hours before the test • Avoid eating or exercising for at least 3 hours before the test • Avoid the use of a sauna on the day of your test • Plan to wear light clothing for the test (tee shirt and shorts) • Avoid using lotion or ointment on your hands and feet • Use the restroom before the test • Warm yourself up for 20 minutes prior to the test (in cold weather) • Stand upright for at least 5 minutes before the test • Remove all metal accessories such as jewelry and watches and heavy clothing
