Instructor led cardio kickboxing specialty class will give participants a high intensity workout focusing on correct form and techniques of movement in order to obtain the most from each class session. Benefits include weight loss, toning muscles, reducing fat, increased strength, meeting others, and having fun! All levels welcome and suited for both Men & Women alike.
