Description
A Bench aerobic activity with movements ranging from simple to advanced. The class will start with a warm up, followed by choreographed routines on a step incorporating multiple levels of cardio, then finishing with conditioning and toning of your core, abdominals, and upper body. Please bring a mat, water and light/medium hand held weights. Instructors: Melanie Bryant and Renae Calhoun.
Make sure you have your own personal mat for floor work, light/medium hand weights and bring a towel & water.
