THE ELEMENTS OF WINE: WINEMAKING(Thursday, November 7)
Along with soil, climate and varieties, there’s another element that plays a fundamental role in the personality of a wine: winemaking techniques. Some of them have been inherited from historical practices; some others are due to technological advances. Their use depends both on tradition, or in the character that the winemakers want to achieve in their wines. This tasting seminar is devoted to those human and technical decisions that leave an unmistakable imprint in the style of a wine.
