Introduction to the basics of paddling techniques, paddle equipment, general water & paddle safety. We will paddle the tidal historic Squamscott River according to the weather and water conditions, offering Archery on days we cannot get on the river. Archery will include learning safety, technique and skill alongside the history and craft of the tool. * All equipment provided for paddling days of this session. **Students from Newmarket Elementary will be picked up at the end of the school day, transported to Newfields. Pick up at 530pm for ALL STUDENTS will be at Newfields Landing on paddle days and Newfields Elementary School on non paddle days*
