Saturday, November 239:30 am - 1:30pmNolensville Rec CenterThis one-day workshop will help you to make the most beautiful holiday gift/décor items by painting with watercolor on wooden gift boxes and bottles. The end result is a beautiful hand painting by you on a permanent keepsake. By the end of the one-day session you will have the opportunity to create one gift box and one small gift glass bottle.
Students will bring their own materials for this class.
Supply List:
- Watercolor paints (tubes recommended) – best student grade brands seem to be: Cotmans, Grumbacher, Arteza. Artist loft also seems to be adequate for beginners.
- Brushes for watercolor (meaning they have a shorter handle and soft bristles). You will want the following brush shapes: wide flat, large round, small/medium round, very small round, and liner.
- A pallet
- A pencil and eraser
