This is the perfect opportunity to work out, have fun, and connect with other women in a supportive and inclusive environment. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, enjoy playing basketball, getting active, making new friends, and empowering yourself at our ladies' open gym!
Medical release form must be filled out prior to participation.Appropriate athletic wear and footwear required. Ladies only.
